Villa Mal Pas

Designer villa with spectacular sea views on the beach in Mal Pas. The house has direct access to the two crystal clear water beaches on which it is located, Sant Pere Beach and Sant Joan Beach. These are two sandy beaches that open to the Bay of Pollensa and face Cape Formentor.
 

It is an impressive modern villa with a pool and a beautiful garden. It is located in the famous area of Mal Pas, just 2 km from the beautiful town of Alcudia.
 

The house consists of a main house, a guest area and a pool.
 

The main house has on the ground floor a large and bright living room with an open modern kitchen and direct access from the living room to the front terrace of the house with a wonderful sea view. From the kitchen area, also with sea view, we also get directly to the veranda next to the pool. On this floor we also find an office with a library and a view of the sea and a toilet.
 

On the first floor we find a large and bright master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate bathtub in the bedroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom offer breathtaking sea views thanks to the large windows that make up the entire facade.On this floor there is another double bedroom, bathroom en suite and access to a private terrace with sea views. We also have two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, both with a view of the garden and the pool of the house. Both share a terrace and a bathroom.
 

On the top floor there is a wonderful roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains.
 

In the garden you will find a bathroom for the pool after the pool, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom.
 

The laundry and utility area is located in the basement of the house.

 The Playa de Sant Joan and Playa el Mal Pas are popular with the inhabitants of the region and are attractive swimming spots. The beaches are particularly popular with the locals. But also tourists, for whom the beach of Alcudia is too busy, like to avoid here. Water sports are hardly practiced here, so that guests who enjoy swimming have the beach all to themselves.
